PackageHawk was developed in one of the largest gulf facing conference centers on the Gulf Coast. 

Spreadsheets and emails weren't working. Other systems were too expensive for the limited features that they offered. Those systems limited the number of packages you could log. We couldn't set delivery schedules or locations. There was no way to flag a package as belonging to a specific event. Invoicing had to be done separately.

Despite the high price, the limitations of those systems required us to go right back to emails, spreadsheets, and shared documents to manage packages for our events. When we couldn't find an application that could suit our needs, we built our own.

PackageHawk has transformed our processes at a fraction of the price of our competitors, and now we're offering it to other Hotels, Conference Centers, or any other business that requires expanded tracking features.
